Vision Award
The Tillers is pleased to announce that it received a Vision Award from the Oswego Economic Development Corporation at its annual meeting in June. The award was given to The Tillers for its new Rehab Center which opened in August 2008.
Vision Awards are awarded annually to Oswego businesses that have made significant improvements to their properties.
The 3600 square foot addition triples the space for The Tillers’ rehab programs and provides a more therapeutic atmosphere. It also enables a higher level of service and improved efficiency.

Interior Remodel
We are pleased to announce the completion of their interior remodeling project. Areas remodeled include resident rooms, corridors, some offices, beauty shop, library and the 300 lounge. Resident rooms received new furniture, flooring, window treatments, bedspreads, privacy curtains, doors, lighting, paint and wall coverings. We hope that you find the new look to be warm and inviting.

DEFICIENCY FREE!
The IDPH recently made their visit to conduct our annual licensure survey. The Tillers is pleased to announce that no deficiencies were cited. We are proud of our staff and their commitment to providing such a high level of care.

5-Star Rating
The Tillers was recently awarded a five star rating on Medicare’s nursing home compare website. This is the highest rating a facility can receive. The results can be seen at

COUNTRY FAIR

Don't miss this annual community event which features a scarecrow competition, craft bazaar plus complimentary pony rides, petting zoo, hot dogs, apple pie, soda, popcorn and more.
