I started September 25, 1975 and still love my job. The Tillers feels like home to me. The Saxons treat everyone with kindness and respect and are wonderful people to work for. I am proud of our facility and hope to continue working here for years to come.

At The Tillers, I know the residents are taken care of by a truly kind and caring staff. From housekeepers to nurses and nurses aids, from our dietary staff to the maintenance guys—everyone contributes to the residents’ well being and it makes me proud of what we do here.
