State of the Art Facilities
The Tillers offers a new, state of the art Rehabilitation Center. This beautiful new facility includes a spacious, fully equipped therapy gym with volume, beamed ceilings surrounded by glass overlooking The Tillers award winning Garden Path. This specially created environment was designed to motivate residents to achieve the highest level of functioning as possible and return home as quickly as possible.
Facilities also include a full, residential style kitchen and bath in an ADL Lab (activities of daily living) that allows therapists to teach/train our rehab patients to safely function in these spaces before returning home. The rehab center also features a full sized automobile which enables our patients to learn how to transfer safely to and from a vehicle.

Experienced, Dedicated Staff
Not only does The Tillers offer its clients a state of the art facility, we also offer a full staff of top notch rehab professionals. Our rehab specialists work individually with each client to maximize their potential and help them return home with confidence as quickly as possible. Our rehab team consists of 17 full and part time occupational, physical and speech therapists and support staff who are available 7 days per week. Our experienced staff of dedicated therapists is a highly motivated, interdisciplinary team that knows how to get results!
All therapy services are provided by Legacy Rehab LLC, a separately owned subsidiary of The Tillers that was created for the sole purpose of providing rehab services to The Tillers' clients. By having its own in-house therapy group, The Tillers is able to consistently provide the highest quality of service possible.

- Physical, occupational and speech therapies available seven days per week
- Interdisciplinary treatment approach by a team of highly qualified rehabilitation professionals
- Family involvement in treatment and care planning processes
- On-site Rehabilitation Program Director to coordinate and manage the efforts of the interdisciplinary rehab team
- Pre-admission screening to assess each patient’s appropriateness for the program

Speech Therapy
